A hard-working Social Enterprise based in Wolverhampton. Established by Louisa Edwards and Kim Payne, offering over 35 years combined cross sector experience. Providing community based capacity building, professional support, development and training services to local communities across the Black Country and surrounding area.

Kim has over 25 years experience working at the heart of local communities across the Black Country. As a champion for Equality and Diversity Kim has extensive experience in community outreach, support and capacity building. Kims willingness to talk to anyone and everyone has been key to building our client base.
Kim leads on the delivery of community outreach and engagement activities.
Louisa has over 15 years experience working in both the Public, Private and Voluntary and Community Sectors. Louisa specialises in project development, management, monitoring and administration with an excellent track record in fund management, in particular with European Funds.
Louisa oversees business development and contract management as well as delivering services to local communities.
